Public Water Supply District No. 3 of Clay County (Clay 3) was formed on September 29, 1964 for the purpose of construction, operating and administering a water supply for the district. Our goal was and continues to be to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our customers.
We will be adding more facts and pictures about PWSD #3 of Clay County (Clay 3).
